I’ve been with Right Recruiting for 4 years, working alongside Jeff Zinser and managing the Special Projects/Contingency Division here. My time working as an executive recruiter, and specifically as a recruiter for human resources departments has taught me many things, and my passion for helping companies find the perfect candidate fuels my drive and my success.
Prior to Right Recruiting, I was in media sales for Warner Brothers and before that, I successfully ran my own business and acted as a metals broker. I am an alumna of the University of Pittsburgh and studied economics and fine arts in college. I moved to the Philadelphia suburbs 8 years ago and my 2 sons and I have happily settled in.
As both a professional and a single mom, I bring a unique insight into blending both worlds together without compromising one for the other. And, as the manager of the Special Projects/Contingency Division, I work closely with other members of the HR community and work to provide a retained recruiting level of service for contingency relationship clients.
