VIDEO 21
In this episode we are speaking to Talent Acquisition Managers and Directors.
Hi, I’m Jeff Zinser. I own Right Recruiting.
In this video, I would like to speak to Talent Acquisition Managers and Directors. You know who you are. You work at midsized companies and large sized companies. You have teams of internal recruiters reporting into you. And of course, it’s your job to fill jobs at your employers.
You know as well as we know that that job has gotten a lot tougher over the last couple years. Candidates are harder to find. They are harder to attract; they are harder to land. Ad response, both quantity and quality has dropped down, and occasionally you want to reach out to an outside vendor to help you with these more challenging positions.
We are uniquely positioned to help you and I’m going to tell you why. We don’t advertise jobs. You have already done that. If that were a successful tactic, you wouldn’t be talking to us. We are headhunters. We go out, you point us at a target, and we find that person. We identify them and we attract them for you. We are the classical search firm. We are not a staffing company that just takes your ad and runs it under their name, hoping for better luck than you had. We work very hard and we have been very successful over the years. What we can do is make your talent acquisition function, better. We can be a tool for you.
We can provide you information that will help make your manager relax through the process, so they know what is going on. We can be additive to your team, rather than duplicative. We can do the things that they can’t do because we are here, outside your organization and we can represent you in a different way. So please, if you are interested in exploring us and how we can help you, contact me. We can have a good chat and see if it makes sense for both parties. Thanks, and have a nice day.
